I have a drilled well. This morning I lost all pressure to the taps. I found the breaker was flipped. I then flipped it back, my wife turned the tap on, no water and the breaker flipped again. About 2yrs ago I replaced the pressure valve. Could it be gone again?

Not likely.
Breaker tripped because of over load. Over load could be caused by short circuit some where or defective pump motor. If breaker tripped immediately there is probably a short some where. If breaker tripped after a few seconds the pump is probably defective.
Submersible pump or surface pump?

Do you have buried cable? If so, then with the breaker off, disconnect the wiring from the pump. Making sure the wires are well separated, turn the breaker back on. If it trips, then your buried cable is shorting. If not, then suspect the pump.
