Hi,
My natural hair colour is a mousy brown (very light) and it is very ashy. I used loreal casting crème gloss in chocolate and it came out really dark and quite red! I was so upset and panicked that I asked around and was told this would never wash out of my hair! SO to try to reverse the mess that I made I used colour before which is supposed to strip the hair dye! It worked pretty well and took away most of the colour but left me with glowing gold (ginger) roots... after using head & shoulders (and praying the colour that's on there is what is left of the hair dye) it has toned down a lot but its still there. I wanted to see if anyone knows whether this gold/ginger colour sounds like the last of the hair dye? The dye was a demi-perm colourant so I understand it wouldn't change my natural colour at all, the colour before also claims not to touch the natural colour of the hair so it doesn't make sense to me that the golden colour is mine as my hair is very ashy naturally. Please if anyone has any advise or tips let me know as it really is depressing looking in the mirror...
Thanks
