Weird movie about a white girl who the other called white girl in the movie and she had a limp or crutch and the other girl looked like rosario dawson an they went to this place where the man dressed as a woman was capturing little kids and molesting them I think and the white girl caught the place on fire they were like bad *** teens I can't remember the name it came on hbo I think back in the 1990's sometime can anyone help?
