There is a father of 4 children ages 4,5,6,9 on fridays he will leave the house after the youngest gets on the bus for school & don't come home until late that night but there are relatives there to get the kids. I think this is a unfit dad in my book .You help product them I think you should be there. I don't care if you have relatives there you need to be there.

Is there a question here? I can tell you that a court is highly unlikely to find such a father unfit. You can think such a father is unfit all you want. But unless the law agrees, its just your opinion and no action will be taken.

Yeah even when his mother tells him no to stay home with his kids I think he don't care & does it anyway.

You still haven't asked a question. What is your interest in this and what do you want to happen?

He's not leaving the children unattended. If he has visitation privileges and he spends none of his visitation time with the children, then that might be grounds for getting his visitation limited or eliminated.

Mawmaw, by your definition, every parent that works and sends their children to day care is unfit, even though they are leaving their children in the hands of perfectly capable adults. A courts is HIGHLY unlikely to consider what you have mentioned unfit behavior. As Scottgem mentioned, we can give you better information if you would tell us what your goal is.
