I have bought Lucent stocks in the 90's and this was converted to Avaya stocks.
How can I find out how much money is on my current dividends? How do I convert it to cash?

I'm not sure what you mean by "current dividends" - Avaya is no longer publicly traded and so does not pay dividends. If you held your Avaya stock that you received from the spin-off from Lucent in 2000 you should have received cash for your shares when it went private in 2007.
