I have an HP laptop, I got it on June 7th of this year. It was installing an update & stupid me, I shut the laptop. I was falling asleep and once I shut it it made a loud noise that is does when I download something, so I took out the battery. Now when I open and turn it on, it starts up, no screen on, the network key is lit orange(not on) and won't turn on, and the caps lock key turns on and off. Help please soon
