I have an Amana 27 (Model 36795) side by side refrigerator that I purchased several years ago from Sears. The bottom right hinge is broken. Unfortunately I am having an extremely difficult time finding a replacement part because it has been discontinued (I've been trying for about a week and have exhausted all online and local resources). I did, however, find a part similar in number to the part I need on Ebay. I would like to know if the hinge for sale on Ebay(part #10163607) can be used as a replacement part for my damaged hinge (part #10163603).

Hi again Ondverg, I've looked at the eBay hinge and for the $7 dollars I think I would give it a try. You may need to drill out a hole to make it line up. Good luck and let us know the outcome.
