I'm guessing you are 12, 13, OR 14. Am I right? (More to follow.)

That's a really hard situation to be in, I'm really sorry for you. This will sound horrible and cliché to you, but you really have to love people that hurt you. I don't know what you believe... I'm a Christian, so I hope I'm not offending you, but it's comforting for me to know that God is watching me and knows what I'm going through. I trust in him a lot, and I can honestly say that I have prayed and God has answered my prayers. I'm at peace knowing that I have his protection, and that when I die, I'll be with him. And hey, I'm only 14. I can pray for you if you want. Unless this offends you a lot. Sorry if it does.

You cannot place yourself in care or put yourself up for adoption.

Please talk to an adult that can help you--a school counselor, a pastor or priest or rabbi, or call the police if you are being abused.

Lulu bell,
I think it might help you to know that when you talk to an adult that you trust that action will be taken. And if it is not then you can keep talking to someone until you find someone who really can help you. It is the responsibility of the adults around you (your parents, school counselors, religious leaders, police, and child welfare officials among others) to be responsible in ensuring your safety and welfare. And most adults take that responsibility very seriously.

I hope that you tell someone that you feel bullied at school, misunderstood by your teachers and parents, and also about cutting yourself and neglecting your education. You deserve a bright future. I hope that you find a supportive person who can hold your hand and help you avoid and manage the bullies, and navigate a more understanding relationship with your parents, and resolve your urge to harm yourself physically or through apathy about your education. Take synnen's advice and talk to someone. You may not need to change everything to change what matters and feel better about it all. You are in my prayers and I hope to hear from you again about your life. I know that good things can happen for you.
