Hey all, its really hard to explain the situation but I'll try my best :)

I have met a girl one year ago in cultural festival in my university.

I was a photographer and she was a dancer in the event.

After she finished her dance she came to me from the stage and she asks me about my name and try to know more about me.

She had lived in another city and came with her university friends.

After year she moved to my city and we start to see each other daily. We are best friend now and we like each other a lot. We share same hoppies and thinking way.we love to be together and watching movies and do our homeworks to gether and eat dinner each day. I know she likes me, she is the one who started our relationship. I already fall in love with her but I'm very shy so I couldn't tell her about my feeling :(

The problem is that she have a boyfriend in her last city. And she spend the weekend with him usually.

She didn't told me about him and I never asked, even I know she have him.

Today we were in the Campus restaurant and we met the supervisor of the restaurant and we were speaking together (me and her and the supervisor) and he mentioned that she has a boyfriend from another country and he asks her did you told him? She said: yes. I denied that and I say I don't have an idea about that. She was shocked and so am I. When I'm denied she focus on my eyes to see what I will say.

When he gone she looking to me and she said are you upset? I say no but my facial expressions was horrible and clearly I was disappointed . Its completely clear that I arrived to that moment what I'm always afraid about. She try to speak about it and she said that she think I know that. She asks me do you have feeling for me or not? I tell her if I say yes that mean we are over! She was silent.I couldn't tell her that I love her even I just gave her a present beautiful nickles with lovely quote card before that happen in 5 minutes.

I ask her are you happy with him she say yes. I told her then I'm happy too :(

I just tell her that she will be late about her class and she have to go now. I was completely broken and don't want to talk about it with her.

She asked me we are still friend right? Of course I said :(

After her class she sent me that message: Thanks a lot for your friendship. I love to be with you. Have a nice night.

What should I do. I appreciate all kinds of advice.

Have a great day :)

You have already cleared the air and gotten official confirmation of this relationship. JUST FRIENDS. Me I devote more time to other areas of my life, and not treat her as a love interest.

Can you do that? Its not easy, but if you do other things by not being JUST her friend, and balance your life with other things, the sting of disappointment will not be as bad, or last as long.

Pay attention, and have fun with your other friends, and if possible invite her along sometimes.

Now if you have a problem with dealing with your own disappointment, then you will have to leave her alone, and lose that friend.

Friendships are not exclusive, you have fun when you see them, and go about your own life. That's what you do. You do have other friends besides her don't you? Both male, and female?

That's a rough situation to be in. But, out of respect for her and her relationship with her boyfriend, you have to step back.

It's hard to imagine that you'll be OK with out her, but you will be.

And if it tortures you to see her, then you have to stop, until one day you wake up and
Realize that you're going to be OK. And you will be OK.

Stay strong.
