Before I say anything, Yes I am above the age of 18.
The past few months, I've found it impossible to reach orgasm. Whether it be alone or with a partner, I am finding that big O elusive. With my ex I was able to climax easily, then slowly as time went on, it got harder and harder. Now it seems impossible. What can I do either alone or with a partner to fix this? Is there some libido boost I need? What can cause this drop in satisfaction?

I've already ruled out the following:
-Medicine, I was not on any of my medicines during the time I began to lose my ability to climax
-Not being relaxed, I have even tried showers and massages prior to alleviate stress
-De-sensitivity, I have definitely not lost any feeling ability down there

Changes or factors that I have no idea if it could effect anything
-Stress of depression, then hospitalization, and now job and moving in with parents
-Lactation (though I did not have this problem originally)
-Break up with ex/Fighting with him
-Weight gain

Could any of these be my problem? If so, how can I fix this?

Yes any one or combination of many can greatly affect libido.

The first thing I would recommend is a trip to the Dr for a checkup.
Make sure there is nothing physically wrong is a good place to start.

And counselling can be another avenue you might explore .

Professional opinions by professionals there to interact in real time is something to seriously consider.
