Our carrier 8000vs gas furnace installed 2001 would not turn on at the beginning of fall and the code read 43 low pressure switch. Our friend "blew in the tube" in the low pressure switch and it started again, but later that night switched off again. Then we replaced the low pressure switch. The furnace came back on but turned off after a few minutes. If we hit the reset button it will turn on, but it only runs for a few minutes. Do we have any other options other than calling a pro? Husband thinks something is tripping the "vent reset."
