I have a ritetemp 6080 thermostat. I installed it about a year ago. It worked fine up until about 3 months ago when the remote stopped working. At first I thought it was just the battery in the remote. When that didn't make a differnce, I noticed that the low battery noticification on the thermostat would appear about every two weeks, despite replacing them with brand new batteries each time. As a result, the system will not function properly until I replce the batteries in the thermostat. So now, in addition to the remote not working at all, the thermostat indicates a low battery every two weeks and stops working properly until I change them. All of the wiring is correct. What could be the problem?
