I want to go back an amend my divorce and file it under morale clause instead of irretreviably broken and ask for spousal support only been final since August 1, 2011

Since this is over the 30 day timeline for appealing the final order was entered it may not be possible to do this amending for spousal support. The divorce action would have to be reopened by your attorney and petition the court for spousal support which may or may not be granted.
