Hi guys this has driven me nits I've paid over 200 dollars for this program and it honestly does nothing
I can't play any of my blue rays on it

Normal DVDs are fine but no blue rays

I have a eurocomp laptop
24gb ram
6 quad core xeon prossor
G force 5000 femi
Windows 7 64bit
DVD blue ray

Also the service pack.1 update can never install in my computer

Any ideas or tips would be much appreciated :)

What about if I upgrade the service pack which It won't let me load when I restart to load it up

You can try updating by choosing "windows update". Right click on it to open and choose "run as Admin". That way you have full permission to install the updates. For some it is the only way for it to get installed.
