Please explain.

Are you connecting to your own wireless network? Have you double-checked the encryption (if there is any)? What type of encryption is there?

Does it generate any kind of error message? Do you have problems with any other wireless devices? Has it worked in the past and just recently stopped working? Or is this the first time you are trying to get it connected?

Does it need charging ?
Wireless is the biggest drain on power even on a kindle.

No it's a kindle 2 and I'm trying to connect to whispernet. It doesn't generate an error message unless I try to connect on the internet or kindle store. No problems with any other wireless devices. And it has been working but just recently stopped
