I don't mean to sound selfish or anything, but I'm always there when someone needs me but when I need someone all they say is I'm sorry. But I try to help them out by making them feel better and talking to them, I don't just say I'm sorry and that's it. I hate when that happens because when you need someone the most they are not there for you but when they need you the most your always there for them.

There are some people that just go through life taking, and taking and taking. Then there are other people that give everything they have.

The thing is no matter what, just remember that not everyone can handle or deal with other peoples problems. They might feel uncomfortable.

What you need to do regardless is be yourself. Always be willing to help others out. Try not to expect anything back from anybody. Live independently and maybe one day somebody might surprise you and be there for you.

Hi superstar, yes I know what you mean... It could be because you come across as one of lifes helpers, people think that if you yourself have a problem, then you will be able to deal with it yourself.
They will always see you as the person that can cope with anything in life.

Someone very close to you would however be able to recognise when your in trouble and should lend a listening ear.You may put out signals of total self confidence in any situation, which might stop people from actually approaching you to offer help, for fear of offending you.

I think sometimes you have to come forward and say," come on guys i'm in trouble here i need help", which very often is all friends want to hear before lending a hand.

Probably they look at you wishing they were as confident in difficult situations, not realising that you also have your own problems to deal with.

You have to be a friend to have a friend, so never be afraid to come right out and ask for help when you need to... we all need help and one point or another.
