Can I leave the country while on summary probation?

You should have been given a list of what you can and can't do while on summary probation. If it says you cannot leave the state, then no, you can't leave the country either. If it says nothing about not leaving the state, then yes, you can. But you may have a hard time reentering the country if your name is put into the US Customs computer and you come up as being on probation. You could be detained for quite awhile while everyone works out what to do with you.
