Mine was library science, so my take on the question would be somewhat different from yours.
Tell me more of how you think of deviance and social control. Maybe define them?

Deviance-violate or brake societys rules or to exceed societys expectations.
Social control-rather than chaos the process of ensuing that each of societys members obeys social norms (rules) and conforms to societys social role expectations.
How can this apply to an fbi agent or a police officer?

For an FBI agent -- who would be guilty of deviance? What about for a police officer?
What activities would each do to make sure there is social control?

Criminals would be guilty of deviance and police officers would enforce the law by establishing laws for society to follow.

Police officers don't make the law. Who does?
Police officers do enforce it. Tell me some of the laws they enforce.

The government establishes them. And law like for example "always wear your seat belt" "dont drink and drive"

Which government (village? County? State? Nation?) for which type of officers? I'll give you a hint: for a nation like the U.S. the police are called the National Guard. For a U.S. county, the sheriff and his deputies/officers are the police force. Now, how about a village and a state? What are their police forces called?
What happens when there's chaos (when the laws are broken)?
Now, once we've figured out the definitions of deviance and social control and provided examples, let's put this all together, and you will see what a good start you have organizing this.
