Ok my name is leslie, I am 17 weeks 5 days pregnant and I don't understand why I am sill tired all day every day I have to other children, and getting them ready for school is becoming a burdan. I get a decent 9 hours sleep a night and take a hour and a half nap while while they are at school. With my other two I never was that tired after the initial 12weeks but for some reason with this baby I and tired almost 24/7 and also not very hungry. But I am bigger than I was with my last two at this stage is it abnormal that I only gained 5 pounds so far I and actually 5lbs lighter than when I 1st got pregnant since I origonaly lost 10 lbs at the beginning. Is being tired all the time mean something is wrong at this stage of pregnanc.

Aside from the testing you are scheduled for, and what your doctor should be taking the time to discuss with you about all of this as it relates to all sorts of information about you that we can't possibly have, are taking good care of your nutrition? You might be lacking vitamins, minerals, and protein that are going to the baby instead of you. Try to find what healthy foods you can tolerate, fresh chicken broth with carrots, onions, and celery. Yogurt and cottage cheese. 5 minute oatmeal. Light meals, but 4 or 5 little ones per day. No fried foods or processed foods. And prenatal vitamins.
