I have to move and don't know how to get this car sold without my title by the time it would come to me in mail, I won't be in the same state as the person buying my car,I'm asking if I have it all notarised on my end and send it to them can that work? Or how would I sell my car without a title because I never got one with my car when I bought it they were going to file for a lost title too but I didn't need my title to get my car in my name here

First no one would want to buy a car with out a title, unless they are paying a few hundred dollars. So you need to get a lost title, and have it sent to the person who is buying it.

If they know you, that may not be a issue, if not, they may want the money held by a third party or someone till the title is done.

You need the title in order to sell the car. Otherwise you can't show that you have legal standing to sell it. It doesn't matter whether the title is issued by a different state than where the buyer is - his local DMV will accept it so that he can register the car and they can issue him a new title.
