Most likely none, But you report this to your PO officer and they will have to decide where it goes from there. At the worst ( in my opinion) esp if drinking had nothing to do with your first crime. You may get locked up pending the hearing, and then a warning at the hearing.
Of course you will still have to deal with the new charges.

Hello c:
I disagree with my friend, the Padre. It's my opinion, that you'll be violated and do MORE time on the violation. DUI is NOT a minor offense.
The good news is that you got released. If they were REALLY going to violate you, I doubt you would have gotten released.. But, that assumes they have their act together..

Thanks for the help ex. I met with my P.O. today and he is going to send it to the judge now. He did say the reason he didn't violate me was because I've done things right up to this point. So keep me in prayers and do you know of any other cases like mine?

Doing 75 days for a DUI sounds like this is not your first DUI and driving on a suspended license is not to be taken lightly either. Just because they didn't keep you in jail pending your VOP hearing means nothing. What the judge determines at your VOP hearing is what really counts here. Reread your original sentencing paperwork to determine what your punishments can/will be when you are at your VOP hearing and go from there.
