The greater cincinnati airport led major you.s airports in on time arrivals in the last quarter of 2005 with a 84.3% on-time rate. Choose 5 arrivals at random and find the probability that at least 1 was not on time.

Is this the conditional probability?

Okay, for such questions, I know of only one way to make you understand what situation is conditional or what is not.

You will have to take a decision, and state why you think so. If you think that it's conditional, post why you think it is. If not, say why you think it is not conditional.

From there, we'll tell you why such and such is right/wrong :)
