Water are running fine in my bathroom sink but there is no hot water even when I turn the cold water off and let the hot running by itself but didn't get any warmmer.

Do you have hot water throughout the house ? How about the tub/shower? Do you have hot water there? If everything but the lavatory has hot water then I would shut the water off, open up the valve, pull the cartridge and check the inlet ports for any trash that may be blocking them, Also, before you reassemble place a pan over the open valve body and turn the water on for a minute to flush out the supplies and valve body.
Now you can reassemble and test. Good luck, Tom
