Is there a ghost in my house? When I get ready to workd each day I always find my cloths for work moved to the guest room. And When I touch the handle of the door there's from no where a sudden chill over me or even when my family stays around they always say even my younger sister, 10 , say that the house is a creep when they sleep. Also when I get to sleep and wake up I find lots of brusies on my legs and my bed cover is under my bed! I tried recording but I only showed the camera fell over when it was on the floor anyway.

Hi Alexandra,

Perhaps... but perhaps not, too! :)

Personally, I'd suspect your little sister or perhaps another family member is messing with you a bit... especially if they know you are scared and you are a heavy sleeper.

Otherwise, I'd also wonder if you are doing any kind of sleep-walking or having sleep issues... possible you are doing some/all of this yourself... maybe?

Anything is possible, but I seriously doubt ghosts are involved as they aren't really known for messing with stuff like you present(except maybe the chilling stuff).

If you are seriously concerned, I'd consult your family physician and see if a sleep study can be done... could be something there, maybe? Otherwise, set that camera up in a closet and watch what happens to those clothes in the morning... bet it is your younger sister... ;)

Good luck!

Mark

So you tried to record it one but the camera fell over? Well, what you're claiming is curious, so I'd give the camera another try to see what is really going on in your bed. You might be a crazy kicker or something. Paranormal? Possibly, but let's try and rule other things out first. Either way, we'll help you out here as much as we can. Can you record tonight? Same with your work clothes... any chance of recording that room after you leave the clothes out?

I know this sounds stupid, Alexandra (lovely name! )but presuming it's not a real-life person playing tricks on you then when you go to bed, put the shoes that you intend to wear the next day at the foot end of your bed on the floor. One pointing one way & the other pointing the other. Strange as it seems it gets the ghosts confused!

Garlic, single cloves hanging from your doorways might stop them.

Ghosts HATE red so paint your doors in it! Wear lots of red!

Put a cheep mirror in every room with the mirror positioned so that when someone comes into the room they can see themselves in the mirror-again, sounds strange but it gets ghosts puzzled!

Try speaking to it! Won't be easy when you're scared but ask it who it is & what they want; maybe it's just wanting someone to play with!

Good luck sweetikins!

I don't want to hijack Alexandras thread but I am curious as to where you found this information. A thread to discuss this can be started if you care to discuss it.
