I do not have original lease all I have is a photo copy of said lease. Sister inlaw will not give us original the renters are her friends the copy looks doctored up she had poa until dad passed. The lease is till sept. we want to sell. Is this lease legal?

The estate has a right to demand a copy of the original lease.

If the renters present the same lease, it wouild have to be considered valid by the estate until proved to be a fraud,

Hello need:

You can even sell with the tenants there. Nothing stops you.

People sell rental properties that are under lease all the time. If the property is sold to an investor, the new owner assumes the current lease until it ends. If the new owner intends to live in the property, they will take on the responsibility of the current tenants.
