I have currently been trying to conceive for 3 months. I ovulated on day 17 or 18, and I normally have a 29 day cycle. I spotted the evening of day 26 and had one hard cramp the morning of day 27. That morning the spotting increased but not hardly enough to need a tampon but one time. But the blood was thin and bright red. I also noticed that my cervix was high and soft. The bleeding stopped completely the evening of day 28. Today is day 30 and I now have a crampy type feeling mainly on the left side of my uterus or ovary I guess, and I am spotting thin brown blood. I took a HPT this morning and it was negative. Any suggestions? I have never been pregnant before, 25 years old.
