I am a man who took a DNA test it proved I'm the father of our son, but a year later signed the birth certificate I got attached to the baby boy besides his mom. And her mom got arrested and Child Welfare Services took her baby from her mom's apartment with false charges against her mom and my girlfriend who is still in jail. We both are going to Juvenile Court now they list me as the presumptive father my lawyer said to get the birth certificate.
