Hello my boyfriend will be 16 in 9 days and he wants to move out, he doesn't like his family the don't treat him well and I'm 18 how can he move outtt?

First, its not a good idea to piggy back your question on another thread. This can cause confusion. So I've moved your question to it's own thread.

Second, Any question on law needs a general locale as laws vary by area.

The likelihood is the only way your boyfriend can legally move out is by getting emancipated, if local laws allow. But this is not easy. He will need to prove that he can live on his own, meaning paying for his own housing (not moving in with you), managing totally on his own etc. This will not be easy and will take a long time.

There is also a side issue here. You as an adult (over 18) can get in trouble for having a relationship with a 15 yr old old. If you relationship is sexual, you could be prosecuted for rape. If his parents forbid your relationship and you try to continue you could be in trouble for parental interference.

Frankly, I would back off and let him grow up and them maybe resume your relationship if you both feel the same way in 2 years when he turns 18.
