... I'm a mother of 2 years old girl but not married , I want to get a proper child support.. DNA test was established one year ago... We're living here in the Philippines with my daughter and the father is resides somewhere in US . He was sending support freely on his own before but 4 months ago , he has changed everything... Anyone could help to give a complete information how to to file a child support in proper way because I don't want to keep bothering and asking my ex about child support... Is it need the supporting papers to be seal as true copy and how I'm going to run this child support if I am here in Philippines and the father of my child is in Florida... what would be my firt step...

Your first step is to go to your local Family Court and find out what is necessary for filing for child support. You WILL need to know where the father is to serve him with a summons.

This site will help with the law and has links to other sites where you may be able to get assistance.
