I am 45 years old and have regular periods. Sept 2 I has my period.. normal flow.. normal duration. Last night I developed sharp intense pain on lower left side of tummy and in lower back. This morning I had some blood upon wiping, then it turned brown and now it seems as if my period flow has restarted. Never had my period. Is this a sign of menopause
