I am on birth control pills but am 6 days late for my period. I have taken three pregnancy tests and they have all showed a very faint, barely visible positive. I am also have slight abdominal cramping.

Probably... A lot of the women that I know, when their pregnancy tests came up a very faint positive, have all turned out to be positive. I recommend going to your local clinic or asking your Dr. for a blood test just to be sure. But you most defiently COULD be pregnant. Hope everything works out for you...
