You hire an attorney, file for divorce, in divorce court you ask for a court order to make him leave.
Or the judge may order you to leave, please understand if the house is in both names, it can work either way, one or the other does not always get this or that.
It is very possible that the house may have to be sold, of if you keep it, you may have to pay him his share of the current value minus any loans and then you assume all the loans.
As for as a car, you may have to even consider getting another one, in just your name after you file for divorce
But your local attorney can advise you on how best to do things to protect yourself

If he has physically attacked you you can go to an attorney and have the attorney file for divorce for you and get a restraining order against your husband to keep him literally out of the house. And at the same time your attorney could petition the judge to have you awarded temporary use of the jointly titled car during the proceedings of the divorce. Your attorney may also petition the court to have the home awarded to your use exclusively during the proceedings as well (works better if you have kids, but even no kids you'll get the use of the house during proceedings).
If he has not attacked you, then you need to have your attorney do what he can to get him legally out of the house. There are ways to go about these things legally - even if he did run off with the car leaving you high and dry.
