Food prepared in an incorrect manner, dairy products, bakery products, sea food and reheated meat products can be a carrier for these bacteria to enter our stomachs. It is not uncommon. Follow your doctor's regime of treatment. It is my guess that this started with a bad case of diahhrea and vomitting, plus a lot of pain in the abdominal area.
