You can bypass that breaker but it is likely just doing its job. It would be downright wrong and dangerous for any of us to give directions to bypass a safety. However, give us more details and we will see if we can fix the issue. Is it this one Craftsman Briggs & Stratton Generator, Elec Start 10 HP Reviews - MySears Community (http://www.mysears.com/Craftsman-Briggs-amp-Stratton-Generator-Elec-Start-10-HP-reviews)

So you want to eliminate the overload safety device of the generator?? NOT a good idea.

Just replace it/them if they are tripping prematurely.

If its tripping under a light load verified with an amprobe, connections may be loose or it is bad.
Safer and Cheaper in the long run for you as mentioned.
