Saturday around 3:00 I was at a wedding and had like a 1/4 of a cup of Sangria. I didn't realize when I had it that there was alcohol in it until I drank some. I had to have an EtG test this morning (Monday) 9:30 I never even heard of such. Worried that it will come back positive and that could violate my probation. I need to know will this come back positive or can I relax.

You can relax.
EtG is synthesized in proportion to the amount of alcohol consumed. It is a direct metabolite.
All of the literature indicates clearance within 24 hours even if you had a full drink containing higher alcohol content than wine.

EtG/EtS are the longest lasting metabolites of ethanol. Based on the amount consumed neither will be present. There is no other test that is more sensitive.
As was noted earlier, this test is very unreliable and can pick up alcohol from shaving lotion, mouthwash and myriad other sources. However, as to the alcohol consumed, that will not be present even at the lowest cutoff used*.
*The calculation is based on 14 g of pure ethanol which is equal to 1.5 oz of 80% whiskey. Your consumption should be about 1/8 that amount (1/4 sangria).
