I have a boyfriend and we've been together now for 2 months, we're schoolmates(college), it looks like we are happy together. But the problem is ever since we became boyfriends/girlfriends, he never dropped me at home, or never treated me for my fare, we never go on a date, ever since.

If ever we will eat together, let say during our break time, I am the one that will pay for the food that we ordered, because he never insisted to pay for it, so I'm the one that will pay for it, and even buying his own load, I'm the one who will pay for it.

The only thing that he does for me is to wait for me until my very last subject, and reply on my text to update me where he was, and what he was doing.

I know love needs sacrifices, but am I right doing all these stuff? What will I do?

Hopefully you will talk more, and express what you expect from him, so he can get with the program, or get gone. To want something from your boyfriend, and not talk about it, is not good communications because he can do little if he does not know what your feelings are.

If you go along with what he does he will feel you are okay with it, so speak up and tell him what you want... nicely of course.

Yeah you're right, honestly speaking I don't talk to him regarding in this kind of matter, it is because I'm shy talking money matters. He might think that I'm so aggressive or he might misunderstood me. I'm also thinking that he should know what are his responsibility as a boyfriend, right? Those situation that I mentioned are the normal things that a guy should insisted to do. That's why I'm just waiting for him to insist, but unfortunately it looks like he doesn't know what to do.:(

He isn't obligated to do a darn thing. Neither are you, so get those notions about who should do what out of your head. A couple defines a relationship through communications, not what we think should be done.

If you say nothing, he will know nothing. Shy or not. So stop assuming and presuming, and speak honestly.
