I have a Hampton Bay ceiling fan and the wireless receiver is bad , do you have a wiring diagram or can you tell me what wires to bypass at the receiver to make the fan run.

Remove the receiver. There should be a black, red or both as power supply in the ceiling box, depending on the wiring plan and switch controls, white and ground. On the fan should be a black and a blue wire, if you have a light, a white and a ground. If there are 2 wall switches, black to black, red to blue, white to white, ground to ground. If only 1 hot wire, fan black and fan blue to ceiling hot supply, white and ground as before. Problem is, you may not have any speed controls without pull chains. You can buy an aftermarket universal remote and replace the old unit.

You did not mention a light kit so I am assuming there is none. From the ceiling box you should have a hot black wire bring in power along with a white neutral and a green or bare ground wire. Those wires current attach to the faulty receiver, disconnect them from the receiver. You fan, since you have no light, has an incoming black, white and green, wire nut each wire to its like colored wire in the box. Let us know if there are pull chains or a wall switch, otherwise your fan may run 24/7
