My parents sliver anniversary is less then 24 hours and I'm stock with my speech. I need help.

Humor, with one little serious remark at the end?
"Here's to my dear parents
Who must have done something right
I'm not on drugs or running a scam
I'm not the leader of a terrorist clan
I'm not in prison or on the lam
It's all because of you, and the love you gave so well to me and to each other, through struggles and good times. Please allow me to speak again at your golden anniversary."

Now the guests want to get back to eating, drinking, and talking, and love a short speech, but maybe your parents hope for more of a tribute, so you could start with this:
"When preparing my speech, I had to struggle not to go on and on with all the nice memories of what my parents have done the last 25 years. I made myself limit my list to 3. (Here you briefly tell 3 stories, such as your mother's tireless care and your father's long hours of work, or places you went or the time you broke the brand new screen door or how they comforted you when your dog died or you got a D on a test.)"

Then maybe end with the first part above. It all depends on how formal your parents are.

Oh, and then kiss and hug each one.
