I am trying to find the name of a christmas movie,that I saw on TV last year. It was about a man whose father died, the father took care of properties opening them and closing during summer and winter. The son came back home to get his dads affairs in order. He opened a house up for a lady that lived there as a child (her parents divorced after a christmas eve auto accident, which left a woman and baby dead)the lady returns with her daughter who is blind. The man reunites the lady with her long lost father, and of course the two fall in love.
