I have a 38d and I think it is big. I'm not overweight so is it?

Yes. This would be a larger cup size for someone who is only 14 years old especially if you are not overweight.

It could be that your body will grow into your bust. But it is unusually large for someone your age. But there is nothing you can do about until you are older.

A D cup is bigger than a cup. For 30 year olds, some will be D, some b and some Double F.

You are the body you have, and as you grow older and mature things will all balance out.

I was a 34E at that age. It is a little big, and you might grow into it. I didn't. I turned into a 40DDD

It is a bit large. Are you sure you're measuring right? I know most women don't.

Either way, even if you're measuring wrong and you're only a C, or a B, it is what it is. I had a friend that went from an A cup to a II seemingly overnight. She was 13 at the time.

Once she had kids they just got bigger and bigger, until she finally had a breast reduction.

Yet another friend had a C cup at 13, but as she got older she went down in cup size. She's now a small A cup and wishes she could have that C back.

You are what you are. Just make sure to find a good bra, and if they become a problem when you're older, you can always get a reduction. Sadly, at 14 there's really not much you can do but live with them.
