I have changed my thermostat to cool off, fan is in auto mode, but my blower is continuously running. I need to keep my circuit breaker to off position to keep my blower off. Any idea on what could be the problem?

Two LEDs on the control panel shows blinking red and green, which is the normal operating condition as per the manual for lennox G43UF.

Is there anything wrong in keeping my furnace off (by keeping the circuit breaker to off) for longer duration? The temprature outsode is in 60s and I don't need either heater or air conditioner on.

I tried doing the reset of both over limit switches, but I never heard a click sound, which is mentioned in one of the other post.
