During my DNB PG course in a private medical college I got stipened
13000/month during April 2008 to March 2009.
14000/month during April 2009 to March 2010.
15000/month during April 2010 to July 2010.
25000/month during August 2010 to March 2011.
Are They TAXABLE ?

I see where your question is coming from because it is not necessarily a salary, per se, but a lower wage and you have not reported it in previous years. Where are you located; if the US or Canada? I would say yes and pay tax on it. Apprentices pay tax on any wage they earn that is below the wage normally paid for the job they are performing. At least they have to report it just in case.
