Four months before I had my baby I was told I had trichomonasis and I was treated for it. I was tested for other STD's and HIV and it showed non reactive. I had a c- section and after the nurses pulled the catherer out when I would urinate it would burn. The nurses told me to drink plenty of water. Now it is still burning I am having this orange/brown dishcarge. I would like to know do you think this is from the trichomonasis not being cured or an infection from the catherer?

Go to your doctor. You sound like you still have tric. Your husband could have reinfected you. Have him treated as well. This is highly contagious and you could keep reinfecting yourself through your husband and not realize it.
