The movie is about a white man who is a landscape designer and she is a black woman who is either an accountant or lawyer. She meets him in a nursery and mistakes him for an employee. They meet up again at her employees estate after she mentions to her boss's wife how much she loves their garden. Her boss's wife introduces her to the person who designed their huge gardens and she is embarrassed. They start seeing each other and her friends and family don't like the idea she is seeing him and try to get her to stop seeing him.
