I have a 9 yr old Moen Kitchen Facuet (Model #7400), the sprayer has very low pressure. I called Moen and got a new spreayer and a new Diverter. I opened removed the old sprayer head and very small amount of water coming through the sprayer tube. I installed the new Diverter and found no change in the water pressure through the sprayer. I called Moen again and they told me to clean up all the calcium deposits and try. I clean up all deposits, and added some lubricant gell to the inside and outside of the new inverter, but no change in the water pressure. Any suggestions?

When you had the valve apart did you plkace a pan over the open valve and turn the water on for a minute to flush out any trash that may be clogging your valve. If not then you might give it a try. Good luck, Tom
