I have mild pain in the lower left side of my abdoman at the waist line. It was just occasionaly in the morning where I found if I lay on my left side I had a little pain, none when I lie on my right. After a morning bowel movement, it no longer bothered me. It is now a little more prominent and persistent during during the day. As an example I feel it now sitting at my desk working.
