I really want to find this movie but I don't even know the actors that are in it! I just know that it begins with a blonde haired woman and her dark haired pale husband. I know at some point they leave and live on a weird island or something and that he's sickly so he feeds off either blood or fetus's of babies. At the end she tells her husband that she's pregnant and he puts her on the boat telling her to leave the island and in the last scene he's with his deformed sister, cradling a baby, I suppose it's their baby. It's been so long since I've seen it!
