I recently purchase Clear Wire anywhere for my Toshiba computer and I keep getting the same message, unit don't recognize the sofeware, I have a zip drive and can't seem to get it to work

Drivers for Clearwire devices are on Clearwire's website (http://www.clearwire.com/support/drivers). Drivers for Zip drives are on Iomega's website (https://iomega-na-en.custhelp.com/app/home).

What's the issue?
