Almost all the games for PS3 or Xbox 360 use live actors for motion capture and using it as the base, they over lace it with animation. Even car race games, they use motion capture for the cut scenes with live actors.
I have to mention the game Mirror's Edge (I have it on PS3) where I liked the character's movements very much. It is very realistic, feels like you actually run and jump.
This is another popular game - Resident evil 5, and the motion capture. Interesting video.
