Is the Portuguese Consulate in Edinburgh a honorary consulate?
Or are all services like passport issuance, bilhete de identidade renewal etc also possible there?
When did this Consulate open, any idea?

It wouldn't be just an 'honourary' consulate; it would be a full service consulate. You are in the UK, why don't you phone them?

Thanks 'tickle', the only problem is that as usual phone numbers never get through when trying to call the portuguese consulates, hence I asked.
If you could give some advice on the same would be helpful
